Our fees

Our fees are negotiated before we sign our mandatory contract and depend on the depth of our research in finding you your flat. We can provide you with an estimate, but final price will be determined after we have completed our interview with you and determined precisely what you are looking for.

The price will generally be between 1.5% and 4.5% calculated on the value of the property being purchased. Also to be taken into consideration will be:

• - The actual budget for property being purchased,
• - Difficulty in finding the property,
• - Whether a 3rd party was involved in finding the property.

We only charge you if we are successful in finding you your property, and we are paid when the contract is signed with the notaire.

Fees related to renovation
In case of re-modeling, fees will be determined depending upon the work undertaken. We can follow your re-modeling job from start to finish and hand over your apartment “turn key”.
